Return & Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Overview

All products sold on Evolithra Mind are digital downloads (PDFs and digital files). Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.

No Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital products.

Refunds (when we do help)

We will provide a refund or a replacement file only in these cases:

1. Technical issue (file/access problem)
   If you can’t download the file, the file is corrupted, or access fails, contact us and we will fix it quickly (new download link / corrected file).
   If we cannot resolve the issue, we may issue a refund.

2. Duplicate purchase
   If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us with both order details. We will refund the duplicate order.

3. Unauthorized charge
   If you believe your purchase was unauthorized, contact us immediately so we can review and help you.

Instant delivery & withdrawal (where applicable)

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the product is delivered immediately as a digital download. Where local laws require it, you may be asked to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this can affect withdrawal/cancellation rights.
